Title IX Policies

Cape Fear Community College has adopted a statement of non-discrimination, a sexual and other unlawful harassment policy, a sexual misconduct policy and a set of sexual misconduct procedures that will be used to address complaints of sexual misconduct and in compliance with Title IX.
