We Developmental Educators are gardeners. We are always watching our garden grow. We plant seeds; we fertilize; we cultivate every plant carefully. Each plant or flower is examined--- does it have enough water, enough fertilizer to make it healthy, to help it survive, to make it beautiful? Our plants, our flowers, our students are our pride and joy. We all have techniques or strategies that help our students grow.

The NCADE Eastern Regional Conference will focus on the positive elements that make Developmental Education students blossom. Come share our Eastern Region’s gardening strategies at the NCADE Eastern Regional Conference.
