2007 Developmental Educator of the Year Award

Ann Spicer formerly of Wayne Community College received (posthumously) the 2007 Developmental Educator of the Year Award. Ann's family was present to receive a plaque in Ann's honor and a $300 check for the Wayne Community College Foundation.
