Call for Entries!
An art exhibition celebrating Native American Heritage.
All CFCC students, faculty and staff are eligible to participate – students, faculty and staff at neighboring Community Colleges are encouraged to participate as well.
All media will be accepted (provided that the artwork may be hung on a wall). Size limitation – work should not exceed 40” in width, 54” in height.
Theme: Celebration of the Native American Peoples and Culture
Submissions will be collected IN PERSON ONLY – on Thursday October 23, 2008 – from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. in E building room E150.
Work will be displayed in two locations from Oct. 28 – Nov. 4:
- Atrium near the BB&T Auditorium at the McKeithan Center (North Campus) in conjunction with guest lecture by Emil Her Many Horses on October 31, 2008.
- Schwartz Center lobby (Downtown Campus) in conjunction with the Pow Wow on November 1, 2008.
Nov.4 – Nov.19 artwork will be shown in the LRC, Downtown Campus.
Work may be picked up on November 20, 2008 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., E 150.
