News & Events State Health Plan NEWS: . Current CMM/Indemnity (Old) Plan Members: The Indemnity Plan will end 6/30/08. If you did not select a PPO Plan, you will automatically be enrolled in the PPO 80/20 plan effective 7/1/08.
