CFCC Career Connection
CFCC's Career Connection is a FREE job placement service for Cape Fear Community College (CFCC) students and graduates. It consists of a database of job openings in the Greater Wilmington and surrounding areas. Positions are posted that are either part-time or full-time. Job information is matched to qualified applicants in the database by type of position, degree/diploma/certificate, experience level and other "key words" in job postings and résumés. Just a few clicks and you are off on your search!

WELCOME to CFCC's Career Services Career Connections, connecting CFCC students and graduates with prospective employers in the Greater Wilmington area. Browse job listings or post your résumé for employers to view. Establish your account then add/modify a résumé and search for jobs. Check back often as area businesses and companies will be posting new jobs every day.
Use links from our home page to learn about conducting job searches, preparing for a job, obtaining information about specific careers, or participating in career fairs.
- Search Jobs
- You can search the database by job title, type of industry/business, keywords and other fields. All job listings are thought to be current. You'll find detailed job descriptions with information on how to respond to the listing. Some companies provide additional information about their products and services, compensation packages and corporate background. You'll find company profiles along with a list of all employers advertising jobs on Career Connection by clicking on Search Jobs.

- The first step is to create a free account. Here's how it works:
Simply complete all the fields under Personal Information and click SAVE. Then, post your résumé and you'll provide enough information for technical, corporate and executive recruiters to evaluate your potential. - Add/Modify Resume
- Login and create a profile that can be searched by technical, corporate and executive recruiters. If you have already entered your résumé and would like to edit it, click on Login and then select ADD/MODIFY RESUME.
- Alumni/Just Graduated
- You may use the services of Career Center indefinitely and you will have access to Career Connection and job postings for a period of time. For example, if you graduate in August or December you'll have access until the following May. If you graduate in May, the services will be available until December.
